Norbert Schauble was born in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, on March 23, 1916, the son of Catherine Caecelia Schardt, who was the daughter of Mary Ann Bell and Peter Schardt. He married Connie Shafer. He died at age 84 on June 21, 2000, and is buried at Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee. Connie died at age 91 on August 14, 2009.
They had four children:
