Catherine Caecelia Schardt was born on November 24, 1876, the second child of Peter Schardt and Mary Anna Bell. In 1905, she was listed as Kathrine C, working as a dress maker and living with her mother and stepfather, John B. Green. She married Constantine (sometimes spelled Konstantine) Schauble, who was born in 1868 or 1870 in Baden, Germany and came to the US in 1871.
In the 1910 census, she and Constantine were living with their infant son Joseph in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. In the 1920 census, they were living in Cedarburg with their four children. In the 1930 census, the family of six was living in Milwaukee. She died at age 61 on November 23, 1938, in Milwaukee.
